Ela Rogers' Workshop Description
SAUCY, SMOOTH, AND SACRED: The Woman and Her Dance -
Bold, feminine lines and dramatic curves will be the study of this Tribal Fusion Bellydance workshop. Learn to thread your divine feminine energy into your poses and movements, creating striking, picture-perfect moments and lovely imagery. Ela will cover deep and relaxing stretching and important strengthening to prepare the body for strong, statuesque postures and articulate technique. Creative combinations will be presented and broken down, and will demonstrate the flow and balance of dance and poses, and the conversation in between. This workshop is deeply inspired by the paintings and visual works of Art Nouveau. Bring your mats and your H2O! All levels welcome!
